If your wallet balance doesn’t look correct, please check or try the following:
- Test your internet connection
- If your phone lost connection to the internet, or if it is in airplane mode, your wallet balance may be out of sync.
- Once the connection has been restored, your balance should update.
- Refresh your transaction history
- To refresh, pull down on the Bitkey app Home Screen.

- Review your transaction history
- Did you make a transaction that you forgot about?
- Did you account for transaction fees?
- Are you missing any incoming transactions?
- Are there any pending transactions?
- Incoming transactions: this amount will be reflected in your account balance.
- Outgoing transactions: pending transactions will reduce your account balance.

- Review the currency to BTC exchange rate
- The value of bitcoin fluctuates which will have an effect on the fiat (USD) balance you see on your Home Screen. Your bitcoin balance will remain the same.
