How can I track my shipment?

A shipping confirmation email is sent automatically as soon as your order ships. It includes your tracking number.

If you have your tracking number, you can track your shipment anytime here:

If you don’t have your tracking number, you can still look up your shipment using the same link. You’ll need:

• Your Bitkey order number
• The email address you used when placing your order

If you haven’t seen your shipping confirmation email:

• Check your Spam, Junk, or Bulk folders
• Make sure you’re checking the email address you used at checkout
