When you log into Coinbase from Bitkey for the first time, you’ll need to confirm your email by clicking a link sent to your inbox.
If you’re having trouble completing this step, it may be caused by Apple’s Private Relay feature. This can make it appear as though you’re signing in from a different device or location.
Try these steps
- Temporarily disable Private Relay on your iPhone
- Complete the Coinbase authentication process
- Re-enable Private Relay after authentication is successful
