If the tracking status of your package shows Delivered, but you haven't received your package, we recommend you wait 24 hours before taking further action. During this time, please check around your property or your mailroom as the carrier may have placed it in a location that they deemed to be safer (ie, a location that is out of street view or protected from weather). If your package hasn't arrived after 24 hours, we suggest you contact the carrier directly.
