The six-month waiting period gives the wallet owner time to review and respond to an inheritance claim.
During this period, the wallet owner will receive notifications about the claim. If it was made in error or without their consent, they can cancel it.
If the claim is not canceled within six months, it is considered valid and the beneficiary can proceed with transferring the funds to their Bitkey wallet.
