If you recently used cloud recovery to restore your Bitkey wallet to a new mobile device, your wallet could still be accessible on your previous device, depending on your phone and Bitkey app settings. To protect your funds and prevent unauthorized access to your Bitkey wallet, you should perform a wipe or factory reset of the old device.
If you no longer have access to your previous mobile device and had enabled Transfer without hardware, someone with unlocked access to that device could potentially access your Bitkey app and send funds daily up to your transfer limit. To prevent this, you can choose to remove all other devices.
When completed, Remove all other devices will make the Bitkey app operate with limited functionality on any mobile devices where you may have previously installed your Bitkey wallet. This means that all transactions, including transfers of funds, will require the use of your Bitkey hardware device for approval.
The option to Remove all other devices is shown at the end of the cloud recovery flow, or it can be accessed manually through the settings:
Bitkey app Home Screen > Settings >
