If you see a banner on your Bitkey Home screen with your beneficiary’s name and the label “Failed,” it means there was an issue confirming the invitation code.
Your Inheritance plan is not active, and you do not currently have an active beneficiary.
Fix the issue
Remove the existing beneficiary and send a new invitation:
