If you see a blue banner on your Bitkey app Home screen with your beneficiary’s name and the label “Failed,” it means there was an issue confirming the invitation code sent to your beneficiary.
This means your Inheritance plan is not active, and you do not currently have an active beneficiary.
To fix this:
- You’ll need to remove the existing beneficiary and send a new invitation
