If you see “Claim submission failed,” it means your benefactor hasn’t finished setting up their Inheritance plan.
Inheritance must be activated before a claim can begin. Without activation, you won’t be able to start a claim or access the funds in their wallet.
If your benefactor is able, ask them to open the Bitkey app, complete setup, and activate Inheritance. Once it’s active, you’ll be able to initiate a claim.
If your benefactor is unable to complete setup, the Inheritance plan will remain inactive and you won’t be able to initiate a claim.
