Restarting your Bitkey simply turns the device off and back on. It does not remove any data, settings, or keys.
Restart your device
- Plug your Bitkey into power
- Unplug it
- Repeat this process twice within 10 seconds
Your device will restart automatically.
If you’re using Bitkey without a screen, plug your device into power for a few seconds, then unplug it and try again.
🔎 Note: Restarting your device does not reset or wipe it. All of your settings, fingerprints, and keys will remain unchanged.
