- Confirm the email address you added is correct and that you’re checking the right inbox.
If it’s incorrect, update it in your notification settings.

Emails may be filtered out of your inbox. Look for messages from noreply@mail.bitkey.build. If you find one, mark it as safe and move it to your inbox. - Add noreply@mail.bitkey.build to your contacts.
This helps ensure future emails are delivered to your inbox.
SMS
- Confirm the phone number you added is correct and that you’re checking the right device. If it’s incorrect, update it in your notification settings.

- If the code still doesn’t arrive, select Skip for now and make sure another notification method is enabled
