If you are trying to set up email and/or SMS notifications and are not receiving these notifications as you believe you should be, please try the following steps below.
Email:
The most likely reason you are not receiving emails is because the emails are being delivered to your Spam / Bulk / Junk folder instead of your inbox.
- Check your spam / bulk / junk folder for a message from noreply@mail.bitkey.build. Once you find the message, mark it as safe and move it to your inbox.
- We also recommend adding our email address, noreply@mail.bitkey.build, to your contacts as well.
SMS:
If you enabled SMS notifications, and you are not receiving them, try the following:
- Select Resend the code
- If the code still doesn't arrive, select skip for now and set up push and email notifications instead. You can also contact us and select Setting up my wallet for more options.
