You may return your Bitkey within 14 days of delivery, as long as it meets the return conditions for your region and was not purchased using bitcoin. If you purchased your Bitkey using bitcoin, the purchase is considered final sale and is not eligible for return.
For customers outside the EU
- The package must be unopened
- We cannot accept returns for Bitkey hardware if the packaging has been opened
- You are responsible for return shipping and any applicable customs, duties, or tax fees
- A refund will be issued to your original payment method once we receive your return
For customers in the EU
- You may return your Bitkey within 14 days of delivery, even if the package has been opened
- However, the product must have only been opened to minimally test for usability
- You are responsible for return shipping and any applicable customs, duties, or tax fees
- A refund will be issued to your original payment method once we receive your return
