Your Bitkey hardware device includes a limited hardware warranty. If your device fails under normal use due to a manufacturing defect, it may be eligible for replacement during the warranty period.
Warranty coverage by region
- European Union — 2 years from the shipping date
- All other regions — 1 year from the shipping date
