When your warranty claim is approved, you will receive an email with additional instructions including how to place an order for a replacement device and a link to the return shipping label.
Do NOT ship back your existing Bitkey device until your replacement Bitkey device has arrived.
When your replacement device has arrived, you will need to complete recovery, including pairing your replacement Bitkey hardware device with your Bitkey app. See How do I recover from losing / replacing my Bitkey hardware device once I have my new one? for more information.
After the recovery waiting period has ended, and you have successfully completed recovery, you will want to reset your Bitkey hardware device. See How do I reset my Bitkey hardware device? for more information.
Once you have reset your Bitkey hardware device, your device is ready to be returned. Package your Bitkey hardware device up, attach the return shipping label and hand it over to the carrier.
