Once your warranty claim is approved, you’ll receive an email with:
- Instructions for placing an order for your replacement device
- A link to your return shipping label

When your replacement device arrives
- Complete recovery by pairing your new Bitkey hardware device with your Bitkey app.

- Once complete, it’s safe to return your original device.
Return your device
- Package your original Bitkey hardware device securely.
- Attach the return shipping label.
- Drop it off with the designated carrier.
