How do I add, delete, or update a fingerprint?

1. From the main screen, tap the menu
2. Swipe to Fingerprints, then tap it
3. Swipe to an empty slot and tap Add fingerprint
4. Follow the on-device instructions:
   • Place your finger on the scanner
   • Lift and replace your finger as prompted
   • Repeat until the scan is complete

It typically takes 15–20 scans. When complete, you’ll see a confirmation and return to the menu.

💡Tips for a successful fingerprint scan:

• Use a clean, dry finger
• Place your finger gently on the sensor
• Adjust your finger position slightly between scans
• Continue until the all scans have been recorded

3. Swipe to the fingerprint you want to remove and tap it
4. Press and hold on the screen to confirm deletion

The device will confirm once the fingerprint is removed.

4. Place your finger on the sensor
5. If it matches, that fingerprint will briefly highlight in green on the screen.

1. From the Home screen, tap the shield icon to open the Security hub
2. Tap Fingerprints
3. Unlock your Bitkey device, then hold it to your phone to load your saved fingerprints
4. Choose an available slot and tap Add
5. Enter a name, then tap Start fingerprint and hold your device to your phone
6. Follow the on-screen instructions:
   • Place your finger on the sensor
   • When the LED turns blue, lift your finger
   • Repeat, adjusting your finger slightly each time
   • It typically takes 15–20 scans to complete.
   • When the LED turns green, your fingerprint has been successfully recorded.
7. Tap Save fingerprint, then hold your unlocked Bitkey device to your phone to confirm
