If you’ve lost only your Bitkey hardware device, here's what to do:
- You’ll need to order a replacement before you can begin recovery
→ Visit bitkey.world to order a new device - While waiting for your new hardware to arrive, you can still send funds up to your daily transfer limit (if you had Transfer without hardware enabled)
Once your new Bitkey hardware device arrives, follow the steps in How do I recover from losing / replacing my Bitkey hardware device once I have my new one? to complete the recovery process.
