If you’ve only lost your phone, follow the steps below:

Take immediate action to secure your lost phone
- Follow your phone manufacturer’s instructions to mark the device as lost or remotely lock it, if possible
- These steps vary by device and operating system (iOS or Android)

⚠️ Important: If your phone was unlocked when it was lost or stolen, and you had Transfer without hardware enabled, someone could send funds up to your daily transfer limit until you initiate a recovery request. Once recovery is started, your transfer limit will be automatically disabled.
